The best part that I heard was your challenge to the audience when you said......see if you can do this in your head!!! That is what a good strategy lets you do. You have explained your thinking strategy really well Greer and have 'proven' your thinking with your examples.
Thanks for sharing Greer. Remember to explain that you have broken down the number into hundreds for example 8,307 = 80 hundreds and 3 hundreds together 83 hundreds. Not just 80 + 3 = 83. Nice to see you are working hard. Mum x
